Our Vision
In order for Central Texas as a region to attract and retain good jobs, provide opportunities for growth and advancement for its citizens, we must ensure education and training is accessible to all. CATF will lead the way in “Closing the Gap” and improving college and career success for youth and adults in Central Texas.

CATF believes that every person in Central Texas should pursue life-long learning to be successful in contributing to the economic, social and political vitality of our region. CATF will expand the pipeline of youth and adults pursuing postsecondary education. We will build pathways to self-sufficiency and increase career choices for students and adults. We will provide the workforce foundation that will help lead employers to profitability and productivity.

CATF will play a leadership role in convening corporate, education and community leaders in Central Texas to create the solutions to our long-term education and workforce development challenges. We will strive to be inclusive and ensure representation from leaders across our community.
